What is Microdosing

Microdosing is the practice of taking a very small amount of a psychedelic substance typically 1/10 to 1/20 of a normal dose. A microdose is not enough to produce a 'trip' or the hallucinations often associated with psychedelic substances.

  • Increase spiritual connection, empathy and compassion

  • Alleviate anxiety, depression and symptoms of stress

  • Enter into a flow state

How to Microdose

Think of microdosing like exercise for your brain. It increases the neural activity allowing your brain to function at a higher level. Adopting a microdosing routine is extremely important to receive all the benefits microdosing has to offer.

There are many ways to microdose. A practice that works well for some people is taking a microdose one day and then not taking a microdose for the next two days. This is called the one day on and two days off method and the cycle is repeated. Another method that has been found to be affective is five days on and three days off.

Always remember the days off are just as important as the days you microdose. It's important to allow your brain time to rest and reflect on the insights you are gaining through your microdosing process.

Pharmaceutical medications can play a factor in the effects of microdosing, and some medications should not be taken in conjunction with psychedelics.
